In “Nacional” he spent two full years (excluding the debut season in the double), during which he played 61 matches, scoring four goals. And in 2011, the game of the midfielder was noticed by a more impressive club from abroad - the Argentinean “Lanus”. It was there that Mauricio Pereira moved - the price of his transfer amounted to one million euros.
