Standardization methods

In Russia today, such standardization methods are widely used as, for example, industry standard, which is implemented by individual industries and aims to unify the requirements and standards that apply to products. As for the concept of the industry itself, then it includes all enterprises, as well as various organizations that produce products of a certain nomenclature assigned to a particular government agency.

There is also such a concept as leading standardization. Here we are talking about the fact that the norms that are established for certain requirements are increasing. This is due to the fact that they are assumed to be optimal according to forecasting. That is, this form of standardization is a kind of encouraging element that poses challenges for manufacturers for the future.

As for the standardization of certain types of products, which may include various elements, components, as well as spare parts, here it establishes norms and requirements not only for the entire unit as a whole, but also for its individual parts.

There is such a thing as integrated standardization. In order for specific problems to be resolved, complexes of interrelated norms are applied, not only to the system, but also to its individual parts.

Methods of standardization can also take certain forms, among which there are such concepts as simplification - a simple reduction in the number of brands and products used in the manufacture.

Unification - that is, a β€œsmart” reduction of the types of objects that have the same functional purpose. Here, the basis is the development of a nomenclature that will help, using its optimal parameters, solve a full range of problems in a certain area. It should also be noted that there is both intraobject unification created for one object, and interobject unification created for several. There is also factory unification, which is applicable to a specific enterprise, industry-wide, which covers a specific industry, as well as inter-industry.

Typification stands out among the varieties of standardization - the development and adoption of new solutions based on more advanced methods. Here, including referring to the finalization of relevant documentation for a certain number of enterprises located in the country. Typification is very widely applicable in the construction industry (meaning buildings that relate to typical options), engineering (various designs of the base sample), technological processes, organization activities, and also in management. The effectiveness of this method has been proven by reducing time for the production of new products or the construction of new facilities, a marked improvement in product quality and so on.

The concept of standardization methods also includes aggregation - the creation of new aggregates based on the layout of the finished product with a small set of unified nodes, which can be interchangeable. The purpose of this method could be called the creation of certain nodes, when connected in different combinations, you can create different machines. Subsequently, they can be used in various spheres.

Standardization methods can be calculated using mathematics, applied, economic and technical sciences. They consist in the fact that on their basis nomenclatures of objects are developed that will be optimally suited for the needs of the state economy, in order to subsequently bring the resulting method into a specific form, which will be adopted as a standard.
