Every person in his life faces a job search, and the first thing he has to do is write a resume. It would seem that this is not difficult: to list the places of work, duties, contacts to leave. But, despite this, the applicants manage to create such a resume that it is unpleasant to even read, and not what to consider for any vacancy. In this article, we will tell you how to properly compose a resume for a personnel manager.

General information. What should be the questionnaire of the applicant?

Before telling you about the correct execution and filling out a resume, I would like to note that it is not worth lying to potential employers. Try to be very frank and not hide information. The resume of the personnel manager, like any other, should contain the surname, name, patronymic of the applicant, his contact details, so that the employee can contact and invite to the meeting or specify any data (it is desirable that there are several contacts: mobile phone number, address email, skype). The second part of the questionnaire is wishes for work, namely:

  • Job title (in our case, this is the resume of the HR manager).
  • A wish for wages (this information is optional; you can also write “by agreement” instead of numbers).
  • Desired work schedule (five-day workweek, two through two, shift method and so on).

The third part of the resume of HR manager must contain information about education. That is, you need to indicate the educational institution in which you studied after graduation. It can be a college, institute, academy. Without fail, write down the years of study, the form (full-time / part-time), the faculty and the name of the specialty received. If there were several educational institutions, then indicate all.

In the fourth part of the resume of the personnel manager, you need to indicate your previous place of work. Namely:

  • name of the company in which you worked;
  • work period;
  • duties that you performed.

When indicating everything that you had to do in previous places of work, write as much as possible. On this you need to make a special emphasis. If you send a resume for a vacancy, knowing in advance what requirements there are, then be sure to highlight it.

An example of a HR manager resume. Responsibilities at the previous place of work:

  • staff recruitment (interviewing, work with university students, the formation of a talent pool);
  • adaptation of employees ;
  • organization and conduct of trainings;
  • conducting personnel work, documentation, personal files of employees ;
  • organization of training, testing of employees;
  • coordination of staff development measures;
  • analysis of the labor market, the study of the need for an increase in staff, the search for new sources of personnel.

In the fifth part you have to indicate your professional skills. In this case, it is:

  • knowledge of interview methods (you can list them);
  • knowledge of the legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • experience with personnel documentation;
  • knowledge of personnel management technology.

Also indicate personal qualities: diligence, organization, sociability, ability to establish contact.
