Information technology in the professional activities of personnel management of the company

The problems of using information technology in business management is currently one of the most important problems for managers at any level. High-quality provision of business opportunities for information services, the information technologies used in professional activities themselves, allow managers to make the most effective decisions.

The use of IT in personnel management can help solve many problems in the selection, analysis and recruitment of staff and accelerate this process, allows the manager to conduct certification and promote employees, write job descriptions, questionnaire staff for various purposes, receive reports and compare them. Using IT can greatly simplify management, reduce time and cost.

The incentives to use information technology in professional activities are the expectation of results in the form of improved labor productivity, obtaining better, timely and relevant information at all levels of management for decision making, obtaining a specific advantage and more.

Prospects for the development of information technology, an innovative way to develop management imply openness and receptivity of these specialists to innovations, to automated control systems and automation of production processes as such.

So, in the work of today's innovative managers, the concept of business modeling has become widespread and applied, the main idea of which is to study and develop the activities of the enterprise through the use of business models.

The existing dynamics of the development of the external business environment dictates its requirements in relation to internal changes, affecting the goals set by the top manager or owner of the enterprise. One example of this approach to solving the problem of using IT technologies in business is multi-agent modeling of the activities of an e-commerce enterprise.

E-business is a type of business activity that maximally uses the capabilities of information resources for the implementation of company communications. Here, information technologies in professional activities are used, first of all, to reduce the cost and speed of business processes, as well as provide more convenient services to customers. Agent-based technology (AOT) is now being used successfully. This multi-agent system is built as a synthesis of subsystems (agents) that operate on the basis of knowledge and the use of IT resources.

To implement the model of the simplest e-commerce enterprise, it is necessary to have two types of agents in the system: the seller agent and the buyer agent. The activity of the seller is based on the following parameters: description of the product, preferred date of sale of the product, desired price, most affordable low price, price reduction function over time. The behavior of the agent-buyer is characterized by: a description of the purchased goods, the period of purchase of the goods, the highest price at which he can buy the goods.

All agents are registered in the system before they begin to interact. The buyer agent requests a system about the availability of the product of interest to him. The system asks merchants about the availability of goods and returns to the buyer information about sellers and available goods. The buyer agent sequentially interviews sellers about the possibility of a transaction. Sellers can accept the offer or make an alternative offer, indicating a different desired amount. The seller can offer an initial amount or reduce it based on the price reduction function known to him.

Information technology in the professional activities of an agent-buyer and agent-seller can significantly improve the efficiency of electronic business at all stages of its implementation.
