Natural wine from apple juice has not only a divine taste and aroma, but also has useful properties, but only in moderate dosages. Apples themselves are endowed with valuable trace elements and vitamins, all of these substances are stored in the drink. For its preparation, you do not need to be a great winemaker and have special equipment, your desire and diligence is enough. Let's make a real healthy drink from simple ingredients that will complement the festive table and surprise with an incomparable taste.
The first recipe for apple wine (from juice)
Prepare the raw materials. Fruits (apples 10 kg) choose one variety and only fresh, without a wormhole and rot. We wash them, cut into two parts, cut out the core with bones and spread in an enameled basin.
Proceed to squeeze the juice. For this purpose, you can use a juicer or a press. Pour the finished drink into a 10-liter glass bottle. Pour there a 1.5-liter jar of granulated sugar and mix. Cover with a gauze bandage and leave for three days for fermentation.
After the time has passed, the pulp will rise, all the juice will remain below. Carefully separate it and add the same amount of sugar. Pour the juice back into the bottle and set the water lock. It is sold in any hypermarket - this is a special nylon cover with an integrated glass and tube. Leave for about 30 days for fermentation.
Note that our wine from apple juice does not contain yeast - it is an absolutely pure product. Determine the readiness of the drink by the number of emitted bubbles. When they completely disappear, the wine can be rearranged in the basement.
The second recipe: homemade apple juice wine
Components:
- five liters of apple juice;
- a glass of rowan juice;
- two kilograms of granulated sugar.
All products are well mixed together. Thanks to the presence of mountain ash juice, the taste of our drink will become even more interesting and saturated with a whole bunch of smells. Pour the liquid into the container and cover with gauze. Leave for 4 days, after which we insert the vent pipe. The end of the tube is lowered into a bucket of water. So our wine from apple juice should stand for at least 60 days.
Third recipe
Composition:
- one and a half kilograms of sugar;
- cinnamon (tablespoon);
- apples (2 kg);
- yeast (20 g);
- two lemons;
- four liters of boiling water.
Thoroughly washed and sliced ββapples, dip in the indicated amount of boiling water, and install a heavy press on top of the mass. In this position, withstand the fluid for four days. Then the juice will need to be filtered, add yeast, cinnamon and lemon juice to it.
Leave the liquid to ferment. When the drink stops bubbling (fermentation will end), it must be mixed and aged for another three days. Next, the juice is filtered and poured into a wooden barrel. So wine from apple juice is stored for 6 months, then it is poured into containers and stored in the basement.
