You can use EPS-98 grease on any contact joints with surfaces such as copper-copper, aluminum-aluminum, copper-aluminum, copper-iron.
Any contact compound is characterized by the presence of surface roughness. The greater the current that flows through such a connection, the more pronounced is the presence of such a small, at first glance, defect. Because of this, the temperature will rise, which can lead to overheating or melting of the contacts in this zone, or vice versa, their surfacing on each other. All this increases the resistance in this area. All this negatively affects not only the operating life, but also leads to the loss of electrical energy that flows through them. The use of EPS-98 conductive grease allows you to operate the entire contact surface, including roughness, which almost eliminates the possibility of overheating, and hence further problems.
The properties
By itself, this grease is a homogeneous mass of a fairly thick consistency, which is brown in color. This substance consists of components such as lithium stearate and fine powder, made on the basis of conductive materials.
