In winter, a lack of vitamins, fiber, and minerals is especially felt. Of course, in pharmacies they sell complex supplements, which, in theory, should satisfy the needs of the body. But here, probably, the instinct is triggered: the desire to benefit from natural products outweighs the opportunity to benefit from "chemistry". Although, in fact, this word can also be written without quotes, because vitamins sold in pharmacy boxes and jars are real chemistry, carefully selected and designed to serve us for the good. And yet, dear readers, let these jars and boxes remain only occasionally used additives, and we will give preference to natural nutrition.

In winter, it is usually fruits (fresh, canned, frozen), vegetables. How to cook dishes from them - read below. For your convenience, each recipe will be entitled separately. It remains only to choose. The recipes can easily be used even by those who have just begun to master cooking: it is affordable, tasty and, of course, quickly.

Recipe 1. Casserole

So, frozen vegetables. How to cook a casserole from them? For 500 g of frozen vegetables (assorted) you will need 3 eggs, 170 g (approximately) hard cheese, breadcrumbs, a little butter (any, of your choice) and salt.

Cooking. Defrost the vegetables, put them on a towel (or napkin) so that the glass is excess water. In the meantime, beat the eggs and add two thirds of the grated cheese and salt to them, beat them again. Lubricate the casserole dish, sprinkle it on the inside with breadcrumbs, spread the dried vegetables and pour the mixture of eggs and cheese. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake for no more than 20 minutes at standard temperature (200 ° C).

Recipe 2. Vegetable stew

Take frozen vegetables. How to cook vegetable stew from them ? This, in general, is the simplest dish available even to a schoolchild. Fry frozen vegetables (do not defrost) in butter over low heat until cooked. Salt, sprinkle with herbs (if any). Before serving, you can pour sour cream. The amount of vegetables and oil is optional. Vegetables can also be fried in vegetable oil, but it is creamy that will give the dish a more delicate taste.

Recipe 3. Vegetable Soup

By the way, you can arrange a vegetable day. Suppose you still have frozen vegetables. How to make soup from them? You will need: ham (120 gr.), Potatoes (3 medium), greens (any), onion (small), carrots (one, small), butter (preferably creamy), a pinch of white pepper (ground), tuna (ready, one can), a small package of crab meat.

Dice peeled potatoes, pour it into boiling water (about a liter of water). While the potatoes are boiling, fry the vegetables in the following order: first grated carrots on a coarse grater, then thawed vegetables (add to the carrots and continue to fry for about 5 minutes). It is important that the onions and carrots do not become brown, but just fry (slightly) until the oil in the pan turns golden. Immediately after this add the remaining vegetables. We lay the fried vegetables in a pan and drop the whole onion there (it is needed only for flavor, it is taken out before serving). Cut the crab meat, ham and tuna, add to the upcoming soup (two minutes before removing from heat). Salt, pepper. Greens (chopped) is added directly to the plates with hot soup. It takes a total of about 30 minutes to cook.

Recipe 4. Roulade with vegetables

And another option for those who have frozen vegetables in the refrigerator. How to cook meatloaf from them? This is another simple dish. Vegetables will play the role of minced meat. Ingredients: vegetables (either assorted or beans separately, 200 gr), pork (unfrozen pulp, 500 gr), champignons (sliced, 150 gr), hard cheese (70 gr), two pieces of butter, salt.

Cooking like this. We beat the meat until a thin, but not translucent "cake" is obtained (thickness not more than 1 cm). We spread the fried mushrooms with vegetables on it (for frying we took a piece of butter), finely chopped cheese, finely chopped butter, chopped greens, distribute the filling evenly over the whole piece of meat and add salt. Lovers of spicy can a little pepper. Now we turn the meat with the filling into the roll and sew up the edges and sides (butter and cheese should not leak).

The ribs are aged in this mixture for at least four hours, then they are cooked in the oven, wrapped in foil (before wrapping, add a piece of oil for a more delicate taste), at 200 ° C, about an hour.
