The Institute for Counseling and Systemic Solutions (ICSR) is a private institution of continuing professional education, established in 2005. Since its inception, it has been organizing and conducting various training programs, including international ones, as well as conducting educational, publishing and consulting activities.

One of the main activities of the Institute of Consulting and Systemic Solutions (ICSR) is the development and popularization of phenomenological and systemic psychotherapy, consultation. How to get there
IKSR address - Moscow city, st. Chertanovskaya, house 38, block 2, room 2. The institute is open daily from 10 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.
The Prague metro station is nearby. You can get to Chertanovskaya Street by public transport and private car. Metro stations from the institute are located quite far. To get to the university, you will need to transfer to ground public transport - a tram or a bus.
There are two options. At the Prazhskaya metro station, get out of the first car from the center to the right, heading along Krasnaya Lighthouse Street. Then follow to Chertanovskaya street. You can drive two stops on any transport. At the pedestrian crossing, go to the other side, turn right. As you move, you will see two 22-story yellow brick towers.
Alternatively, get out of the last carriage from the center. Turn left, go through the underpass to Kirovogradskaya Street. Follow to the grocery store with a green roof. Near it, turn left. System constellations
Despite the fact that the institute has been operating in the domestic educational market for more than ten years, for the majority the concept of "systemic constellations" remains a secret behind seven seals. The head of the institute Mikhail Burnyashev notes that it is for him that the systemic arrangement is a turning point in life.
He himself met them in the 90s in Germany, when he studied at the Munich Institute for Integrative Family Therapy. His first arrangement was as simple as possible, he and his father participated in it. By that time he was no longer alive. He left his family when Burnyashev was six years old, having left for the Lugansk region. Mikhail recalls that he was constantly missing his father, his mother raised him, but even at the age of 30 he felt a lack of a man’s hand in his upbringing.
This is a classic example of an arrangement that can last very shortly - about a quarter of an hour. Burnyashev assures that at the end of this arrangement he embraced his father, for the first time truly entering the male world. This problem is familiar to many families. If children are brought up in a full union, then this happens automatically, but if not, then they begin to project the role of the father or mother on other people. It is the relationship with the father that is extremely important for a man and a woman, since in this case one can count on personal, professional, and social success. Otherwise, a large number of problems arise.
It is this technique that demonstrates incredible success even with those who practice psychotherapy themselves and are familiar with various practices. Burnyashev was the first to translate books on this method from German.
The constellation method helps to achieve results very quickly, to find pain points and work with them. When an uninitiated witness observes this method from the side, it may seem to him that a person is talking to himself. At the same time, one must be aware that the phenomena inherent in such family constellations are present in most world religions, from paganism to Buddhism, Christianity and Islam. This confirms that our ancestors knew well and imagined that the feelings we experience can be strangers. For example, in the Orthodox culture, which is closest to us, there is such a thing as the removal of the sins of our ancestors. According to believers, God punishes children for the sins of their fathers and grandfathers, up to the seventh generation. This phenomenon clearly demonstrates that the consequences of a certain type of actions related to guilt are transmitted within the family system. For the first time faced with a similar principle, a person experiences denial. Some feel a miracle, surprise, something mystical. In reality, there is no mysticism in this. This phenomenon is easily explained with the help of knowledge that we know from psychotherapy, culture and modern science.
Constellations work with different layers of our unconscious. They turn to the archive of memory, in which information is recorded not only about experiences and personal experience, but also about family, family and other processes. If you understand that personal space is a space that a person associates with personal property, and penetration into it is considered a threat, then in the case of systemic constellations, the main task of a psychotherapist is to convince the patient to admit him to the holy of holies. This is especially important now for the descendants of people who lived in the 20th century, when our country suffered a huge number of events that traumatized the entire people, without exception. Today in Russia there is not a single family that they would not have affected to a greater or lesser extent. That is why in our time, personal space is already a concept that is actively used in psychotherapy to solve underlying problems.
In recent years, the science of epigenetics has become increasingly popular, which proves that mental traumas are inherited. The traumatic event inherited from the previous generation serves as a barrier to normal experience. In Russia, all methods of psychoanalysis are generally in demand now, because for a long time they were simply not accessible to anyone: religion was banned, engaging in psychoanalysis and related research was not encouraged, being considered a bourgeois remnant. Under the ban at that time was not only spirituality itself, but also any knowledge of the soul, since in Soviet times the very concept of the soul was actually denied.
