This phenomenon is temporary, and soon a person realizes that he made the right choice, but, unfortunately, this awareness does not come in time.
It is important to understand that not always everything turns out the way we want. At such moments, people act in different ways: some are ready to come to terms with what happened, others are sorry. An emotional balance is to maintain the hope that you can make a difference.

A good attitude to life is formed from childhood. Our first teachers are always parents. If they believed that life is filled with continuous negativity, troubles and bad people, then we will also perceive everything that happens to us.
Often, the experience of adolescence, namely the relationship between adolescents of different sexes, seriously affects the worldview. Women and men equally experience love failures, therefore in the future they begin to negatively relate to members of the opposite sex. Of course, such “dramas” do not happen in all novels, but quite often.
How to change the worldview
Often, a valuable attitude to life arises in people who were able to overcome a terrible disease or avoid death. Realizing that they could lose everything in an instant, they begin to realize how petty and undeserving of attention were quarrels with relatives, conflicts with colleagues, and also a constant desire for material wealth. Such people tend to enjoy every day, they perceive their life as a valuable gift and enjoy every moment.
Anyone who, fortunately, has not encountered incurable diseases and other tragedies, must realize that life can be very short. Therefore, try not to push yourself into a constant "framework" and the pursuit of material wealth, forgetting to appreciate the present moments, the smiles of relatives and friends.
Sometimes people do not have enough of their whole life in order to find its meaning. So maybe you should not live for something, but just for life ?! This does not mean that we must stop making plans for the future. Without goals and desires, our life becomes boring and uninteresting. Just do not forget about the importance of a “priceless gift”.
Negative Fight
A healthy attitude towards life is the key to success and happiness.
Often people tend to blame others for their failures. This is perhaps the first thing to start a fight with. Remember, if you have a bad attitude to your work, then only you are to blame, because you could not possibly get a better education or find a more worthy place.
Is your wife not perfect? So, you didn’t have enough oratory talent or intellectual abilities in order to find a common language with her and establish a common life. Perhaps you hate people. Alas, but here the problem lies in you.
Therefore, it is so important to learn to bear responsibility for your life, and also try to change it for the better. Remember that you are a blacksmith of your own destiny, therefore, you do not need to blame the state, laws and people around you for your failures.
Calm your mind
In order to learn to control your own thoughts, you need to begin to realize them. Let's try it ?! Take a deep breath and try to free your head from all thoughts. Thus, you create free space for something new, unusual and non-standard. Moreover, your mind is resting - it is you who take a break for its work.
Sometimes we load ourselves so hard with problems and failures that we cannot look at the world from a positive perspective. At such moments, you must stop! It can be a rest in silence, during which you must observe yourself and understand where your own thoughts are and where they are imposed from the outside. Such a technique should not be neglected. It’s worth starting and everything will work out!
Resentment and Guilt
Almost every person has a burden of resentment that he carries with him through life. Continuing to “chew” unpleasant memories, people destroy their identities. In addition to inner harmony, resentment causes significant harm to the nervous system. Often unpleasant memories provoke jumps in blood pressure and heart rate, which can lead to a heart attack.
It is important to understand that forgetting about the offense does not mean that you have to be indulgent with the offender’s bad behavior or continue to communicate with him as if nothing had happened. Such actions give the past the opportunity to spoil your present and future. Try to switch to something positive in moments of unpleasant memories. Try not to keep talking about past grievances. If you once again notice after yourself that you are starting to complain to a friend, colleague or relative about the situation of past years, then stop. Change the subject and talk about what makes you feel good.
Create a life that delights you
Take your time to think about what you really like. Growing up, most people concentrate on minor things. We work on an unloved job, spend time in an uninteresting company, and so on. This happens only because it is necessary!
If you always wanted to draw, then do your favorite thing. But! This does not mean that you need to quit work. You can enroll in courses of illustration or painting. Try to find like-minded people in your environment, and not those who regularly criticize your hobbies. One of the highest achievements of an individual is internal satisfaction, not external status or prize.
"Victim"
This is often called the name of people who create “unbearable” conditions for their lives. They tend to complain about their husband, management, boss, relative, children who are supposedly to blame for the fact that they live so poorly. If such a person is advised to change something in his life, he will find many excuses in order not to do this. The strangest thing is that next to such people is always someone who is willing to selflessly help. He is ready to give everything to ease the suffering of this "unfortunate".
“Victims” are not able to rejoice in trifles, they tend to focus on negative points. Most people prefer to live by the principle "I am good, but everyone around is bad" or "I am right in everything, but they don’t understand anything."
Unfortunately, such “victims” grow up in the family. And if you noticed such behavior behind you, then it's time to take your own life in your own hands and change it for the better.
Remember that you need to rely only on yourself. No one will improve your life.
Do not get hung up on problems
Attitude to lifestyle should always be positive. When you think a lot about what you don’t like, you bring even more failures into your life. For example, you do not have enough money, you cannot lose weight. At such times, you need to focus on success.
There is still a great way to deal with negative thoughts! Imagine that a terrible event has occurred in your life that you cannot change. Try asking yourself if you can survive this.
Now try to imagine what you cannot influence. Let's say you always wanted to be tall. Alas, this cannot be affected. So you must get rid of these "annoying" thoughts. The same goes for thoughts of missed opportunities. Remember that you live in the present, and you should be interested only in potential plans and achievements.
Important! You need to realize that only you control your perception of the world. You are not entitled to shift the responsibility for your life to other people. Sometimes, to change a situation, just look at it from a different angle.
A wise attitude to life is based on experience. However, you have the opportunity to be inspired by the people around you. Therefore, draw for yourself the motivation from the actions and achievements of others. Try to find virtues in every person. And do not forget that we are not able to change the world, but are able to change our attitude towards it.
