Russia has long been famous for great poets and writers. The Russian spirit itself gives rise to this pattern. It should also be noted that the same Russian spirit entails evil rock, which led most of them to early death. The biographies of many of them are significant and full of events. Among them, the biography of Lermontov is particularly notable , a summary of which is presented below.
Young years
Mikhail Yurievich Lermontov was born in Moscow two years after the Patriotic War, one thousand eight hundred and twelve. His parents were happy in family life, despite the fact that they did not live very richly, since
Lermontov's father, Yuri Petrovich, was a retired captain and received a small income. Mother Maria Mikhailovna, having lived several years after the birth of her son, died, and his grandmother took up the upbringing of the boy. Grandmother and father constantly found a reason for quarrels, so they could not live nearby. As a result, the boy remained with his grandmother, and his father left for his possessions. Grandmother took her grandson to the
Penza province, where Lermontov spent his childhood and youth. At nine years old, the boy went to the Caucasus. From what he saw, he had wonderful impressions for the rest of his life. Here he experienced first love. Thus ends the youthful
biography of Lermontov, a summary of which is described above.
Student years

M. Yu. Lermontov, whose biography is filled with many interesting events, all his life was a great romanticist and dreamer. This was especially evident during the student years, when Lermontov went to study in Moscow, where he studied literature and art. A few years later, the future poet is trying to enter the moral and political department of this university. But he could not pass exams because of the special dislike of him on the part of teachers. He was forced to move to his grandmother in St. Petersburg, where he applied for admission to the cadet school, where he studied for two years. After graduating from it, he settles in Tsarskoye Selo and becomes the soul and heart of the local youth society. During this period, Lermontov’s biography and work are filled with dramatic events, since it was then that he wrote “On the Death of a Poet” - a work that was considered a call to rebellion in society. For this, he was sent to serve in the Caucasus, but thanks to his grandmother's connections, he was transferred to Novgorod.
Caucasus
For the violent and restless nature of Lermontov, many of his ill-wishers did not like him. So, in the year 1880, he got involved in a duel, for which he was returned to the Caucasus, and it was here that Lermontov began a new biography, a brief summary of which can be described as a period of violent and restless youth, impressions, love and, of course, writing. Having quickly earned the respect and love of his superiors with his unprecedented courage, Lermontov gets the opportunity to often go out into the light, where he spends time in revelry and entertainment. At one of the festivities, he meets a young officer Martynov as restless and ardent as he is. After a quarrel ensued, young people appoint a duel. It took place on the fifteenth of July, and as a result of a tragic coincidence, Mikhail Lermontov was killed. So the life and fate of the poet ended sadly, Lermontov’s biography ended, a brief summary of which was highlighted above.
