Gargles with a prescription are good: half a spoonful of honey, salt and soda with a couple of drops of extract. Compresses of 10 ml of any oil and 4 drops of patchouli are used to treat wounds. The common cold can also be treated by inhalation with a few drops of aromatic oil. With hemorrhoids, an enema solution is made using an extract from this plant, which reduces the inflammatory processes in the anus. The ingestion of water and patchouli (essential oil), whose properties make it possible to reduce swelling, remove excess moisture from the body.
