The accession of Balashikha to Moscow will soon become a reality. This can be judged by the statement of the mayor of the capital S. Sobyanin, who reported on a possible future event as part of a deliberative exit. It took place in the Eastern District, which is managed by the administration of the capital.
Decisive change
The Council of the region decided that Balashikha will become part of Moscow. The meeting itself was devoted to measures that are being taken to develop a network of roads laid in the city itself and surrounding lands. The accession of Balashikha to Moscow will take place during 2016. This decision is final. No changes are expected.
The consent of the superior was obtained. Thus, it will be possible to solve a number of problems facing the administration of the region. For example, traffic jams so boring to the townspeople will disappear or at least decrease. The capital will unload somewhat in terms of transport, which is very important for a comfortable life for citizens. Sobyanin announced the accession of Balashikha to Moscow with full confidence, but there is a small snag.
Citizens will decide
According to all the rules, for such territorial changes it is necessary to hold a referendum at which residents will vote in due order: whether they approve of such changes or not. This citywide event is included in the list of standard procedures when a similar situation arises. It is people who must decide whether Balashikha will become part of Moscow or will be further separate. It may well be that the prevailing way of life is quite suitable for many. In order to decide whether Balashikha’s accession to Moscow will take place, they plan to hold a referendum in the fall, which will make the procedure objective and honest. According to preliminary surveys of the population, many are not against such changes. At the same time, elections will be held to elect a new Council of Deputies for the city.
What is so good about it?
There are several factors that confirm forecasts of the fact that Balashikha will nevertheless become part of Moscow. To begin with, residents may be extremely interested in the fact that they will be provided with the best pension in the capital, which Luzhkov once took care of. There will also be the possibility of reduced fare for older people and students of educational institutions. The accession of Balashikha to Moscow will mean that the residents of this area will be able to sell and rent their housing at completely different, more favorable prices. So by and large, the plan to join Balashikha to Moscow is quite to the liking of everyone who inhabits this territory.
Of course, there are those people whom these benefits do not seduce. Hearing about the life of the capital, they are afraid that a business in the construction industry, which can be deployed here, will poison their existence and make it less calm. The larger the city in which you live, the less the voice of an individual person stands there. In addition, in a metropolis it is easier to get lost in a crowd against the backdrop of crime. Decrees from above become categorical.
Large-scale construction
It is possible that in the place of someone's beloved private home they will want to open a new building. It is clear: ordinary mortals will not be asked for consent once again. If Balashikha becomes part of Moscow, this could disrupt the peaceful way of life of many citizens. For example, one day a skating rink or a bulldozer will drive up to someone’s home and destroy everything that an individual loved so much, not to mention nature. New residential buildings and shopping centers can supplant forests, beautiful rivers and spacious fields.
Nature has tremendous value. No developed infrastructure is worth the simple pleasure of contemplating it. Therefore, residents will decide for themselves what is more valuable to them. All will be determined by an honest vote. Of course, the metamorphoses that will occur on this earth will be made for the money of residents who will be taken from the state budget. But to the end it is not clear: is it worth taking this step and giving red light to industrial enslavement?
What's bad about it?
Sobyanin said that Balashikha was annexed to Moscow as if it were already a fait accompli. But people still have time to think about how much this makes sense to them. Moscow is a rapidly developing progressive city, but at the same time it has more corruption and banditry. A construction business devalues the value of individual lives. Everything revolves around commerce and thirst for profit.
On the one hand, from a technological point of view, the region can flourish, and on the other, it can become a platform for the games of the oligarchy in endless enrichment. Such movements can simply mean sharing market shares and fighting for resources. Therefore, the question needs to be carefully considered. It is important that people really understand what is happening, and not be led by beautiful slogans. Of course, this solution has its advantages, but will there be less of them than negative effects?
Convenience
Should it include a territory like Balashikha, Moscow? The distance between them is 40.7 kilometers. By car, you can get in 1 hour and 20 minutes if you go on the Moscow Ring Road. Of course, joining makes sense, because many people from here still go to the capital every day to work. So most of their lives really go on there. Moreover, they promise interesting benefits.
So here, as in any phenomenon of life, there are advantages and disadvantages. The petition has rational and faithful sides that are hard to disagree with. In addition, students from Balashikha who study at the numerous universities located there go to Moscow. The area is densely populated, but so far there are no plans for the subway from there. There are many new housing estates, the number of which should only increase in the future. There are territories from which the path to the elements of infrastructure of social significance is rather complicated. This is due to motorways of federal importance passing there. That is why you still have to go to the capital.
Improvements for residents
The public transport system inside the city is not very well developed, which, of course, will change for the better if there is a connection. For study, treatment and work, one way or another, you have to go to the capital. Even in kindergartens their children must be taken far. The same goes for buying goods and services.
Of course, this situation can hardly be called convenient for the local population. Moreover, investment fees will increase in the area. The district will feel relief when the transport systems of the two cities merge. Less will need to spend on a bus ride. In addition, they will create plans for the development of a new metro line in this direction. Although many are afraid of settling Moscow oligarchs, there is a positive side to the fight against corruption. Many senior positions held by the ruling district will be vacated.
