Even with extreme apathy, you can find something that really would please. Do not spare money - go to the store and buy what you have long dreamed about. Be sure to go to the cinema, theater, sit in some expensive cafe or restaurant. You do not want this? Force yourself to do at least one of the above. It is possible that this will kindle in you a desire for something new.

Constantly think that life is fraught with a lot of good. Yes, there is a lot of bad in it, but there is plenty of good too. Thinking optimistically, we ourselves become optimistic. Learning to think correctly, you will begin to perceive the world in a completely different way, you will begin to see beauty where you have not seen it before, and the interest will be that you used to walk three miles away. New truths will be revealed to you daily.
