Why a goat?
This pet is quite simple to maintain. It’s easy to care for him. Having a small size compared to a cow, it consumes less food. It requires a little time from the hostess to collect milk yield and hygiene procedures.
Goats have the best quality milk characteristics. It has high compatibility with the human body and is easier to digest. Dozens of times goat milk is less allergenic than cow milk. That is why it is recommended as an ideal means for feeding children.

What does a healthy individual look like?
Ideally for a healthy goat, the presence of two nipples is conical or cylindrical, because the udder of this animal consists of two lobes - the right and left. They function independently of each other and have one single gland with their own nipple and independent excretory passage.
How many nipples goats have and what sizes they are is very important for obtaining a high-quality dairy product. Normally, they should be of medium size, anatomically directed slightly forward to the udder and slightly to the sides. Their strictly vertical arrangement is also allowed. The second option will be more convenient for the hostess during milking.
So, the number of nipples in a goat in a healthy state is two. Their formation occurs from several layers of skin and muscle fibers around the milk channel. Sometimes there are cases when an animal appears on the farm with extra processes, outwardly similar to the nipples, but not involved in milk production.
