Jan Durica was born in a place called Dunajska Streda on December 10, 1981. This is a famous Slovak soccer player, who is currently the defender of the Moscow club “Locomotive” and the Slovak team.
Club career
Ian Dyuritsa began to get involved in football since childhood, like many other athletes. His first team was FC “DAK”, where he played from 2001 to 2003. The footballer entered the field for two years 26 times and for all this time scored one goal. Then he played for “Artemis” for three years, from 2003 to 2006. He has 78 matches for this team. As part of this team, Ian scored two goals. In general, rolling balls into the opponent’s goal is somewhat not his purpose. And the point here is not so much in skill as in position. After all, Jan Dyuritsa, whose photo is provided in the article, is a defender, not an attacker.
The next club after “Artimeda” was “Saturn” (Ramenskoye). In this team, the football player played two years and scored two goals in 72 matches. And finally, “Locomotive”. The player has been a member of the famous Moscow club since 2009. And to this day, he protects his colors. True, in 2010, the football player rented FC Hannover 96, where the player spent nine matches.
About the transition to Lokomotiv
When the Slovak player moved to Lokomotiv in 2009, he could be considered a foreign footballer only for the limit on legionnaires. At that time, he had already played three years in the Russian Football League and spoke our language quite fluently. In addition, Jan Dyuritsa fell in love with the public, athletes, fans and everyone else because of his cheerful, friendly and sociable character. The Slovak player got along well with everyone, starting with his teammates and ending with journalists.
His in the “Locomotive” footballer became fast. True, he did not succeed immediately in showing himself at an impressive level. And the player himself is practically not to blame. The fact is that in his first match he was seriously injured, because of which he was out of order for three weeks. And then, when he returned, he earned an undeserved deletion in a game taking place in Kazan. So in the first season, Jan Duritz spent only 10 matches, and in the winter he was sent to Germany, to “Hanover”.
Further career
The German club at that time was in a difficult situation. However, thanks to the efforts of its players, as well as the rented Jan, the team did not fly out of the first Bundesliga. The Slovak player showed himself perfectly, playing for “Hanover”. So there was no doubt that he would go to the 2010 World Cup as part of his national team. And so it turned out. By the way, the Slovak team at that championship presented an incredible sensation to the whole world. The event surprised everyone. Slovak players easily sent Italians home, but they were reigning champions at that time! Ian played all four matches. And then, at the end of the 2009/10 season, the lease term for the player was over. And he returned to the “Locomotive”, where he began to play fully without injuries and deletions. In the first round, he scored a goal against Dynamo and in the same year became the main defender of the club.
Achievements and personal life
Together with the Moscow team, Jan became the bronze medalist of the Russian Championship, as well as the owner of the Cup of the country. He is also one of the 33 best RFPL players (and twice).
And another interesting point regarding a player like Jan Duritz. Personal life is also interesting. For some time, the footballer lived in a civil marriage with Maria Gorban, a famous Russian film and theater actress. But then the young people broke up. Now the football player is in a relationship with Magdalena Shebestova. The couple had a daughter on May 2, 2015, whom they named Nina.
Well, it remains to wish the footballer happiness in family life and good luck on the football field - in order to be able to win more and more awards and titles.
