To improve his literacy - yes, but why do we need the language of another country to a person who is strong in other areas and can not remember a simple greeting phrase in Italian? The problem here is that parents are looking for the best, as they think, option without taking into account the capabilities of their child.

Mankind has come up with words, has come up with how to write them, with the help of this it transmits information from generation to generation. No older dog will tell his younger generation that you don’t need to go there or that you don’t need to eat. But we have a wonderful opportunity to transmit all the information through speech and recording.
Why do you need Russian language
Like any other native language, Russian unites the country's population. And in the specific case - even many countries that once existed in an association called the USSR.
