How to use
Basically, the preparation of the device for use and analysis takes place according to the following scheme:
- Place the milk analyzer in a convenient place in an upright position. It is important that the surface is smooth and stable. It is ideal to use the analyzer on a table or stand.
- Set the required operating mode. After selecting a mode, the appliance will start to warm up. Usually, warming up is done automatically immediately after connecting the device to the network. After heating, the display shows information about the analyzer ready for operation.
- Fill a special container for samples with the required amount of milk and place in the device according to the instructions. The sample temperature should be in accordance with the recommended values.
- When conducting an analysis using a suction pump, install a cork with a tube and select the appropriate mode. Then fill the measuring cup with milk and put in place of sampling. After milk is sucked into the machine, the measurement will begin.
- The analysis of milk without a pump takes place using a piston, under the influence of which the milk enters the measuring chamber.
- After the analysis is completed, the measurement results are displayed.
- To maintain the operability of the apparatus, it is necessary to keep it clean. After using the analyzer, thoroughly rinse the measuring chamber and tubes, following the instructions.
