The young fighter spent all his childhood in a small town on the outskirts of Webster, South Dakota. His parents have German roots and own a dairy farm. Brock's love of sports was instilled by older brothers - Chad and Troy. The guy from childhood was very physically strong, which allowed him to enlist in the US National Guard at the age of 17. He failed to administer justice, as the doctors gave him a disappointing diagnosis - color blindness. Instead of working with his hands, Brock took up office work. A year later, he was kicked out, as he could not pass the qualification test.
