To prepare the broth, you need half a glass of ground ginseng, which is poured with one or two glasses of water and boiled for five minutes over low heat. Before use, it is advisable to strain the broth.
Ginseng tea also has tonic properties. To prepare it, chopped ginseng root should be poured with boiled water, let it brew for 20 minutes and strain (proportion - 1:10). Method of application: for a month, two teaspoons before a meal.
Contraindications to the use of ginseng:
- pregnancy and lactation;
- age up to 12 years;
- hormonal disorders;
- cardiovascular diseases.
