At a young age, midfielder Oleg Vlasov showed great promise and was regarded as one of the main future stars of the Russian team. The Russian team has not yet reached the national team, however, in none of his clubs over his entire career has he been an inconspicuous footballer.
Start with Zenith
Oleg Vlasov, a football player with a rich biography, began his career at several football schools in the Leningrad Region. At the age of 17, the young midfielder got into the Metallurg regional team from the city of Pikalyovo, where he liked the scouts of the St. Petersburg Zenit, where he transferred only a year later. The first two seasons the young Russian spent in the second team of “blue-white-blue”, gaining experience, and already in 2003 was at the core.
The debut for the main composition of “Zenith” at the midfielder took place in March 2003, when Oleg Vlasov played all 90 minutes in the match against Samara “Wings” as part of the Russian Championship. And already through the game, having replaced in the confrontation with “Torpedo-Metallurg”, in just 6 minutes spent on the field, the midfielder opened the scoring for his goals in the Premier League. As a result, the very first season in Zenit ended very successfully for the player - the team became the silver medalist of the Russian championship and won the Premier League Cup, and the footballer, taking part in 16 meetings, was marked by 3 goals.
The success of the debutant by the coaching staff was appreciated, and for the next two seasons Oleg Vlasov was one of the main players, receiving game practice, including in European competitions. But the midfielder did not succeed in developing his success, and in the fourth year at Zenit his position began to weaken, after which he decided to change his team by signing an agreement with Ramensky Saturn. For the St. Petersburg club in total, Oleg played in 70 meetings, chalking up 7 goals.

As part of the Ramensky club, Vlasov Oleg Sergeyevich, who gained his moment of fame at Zenit, played at an average level, but managed to keep fit, due to which during the 2008 season he was reiterated by the Grozny Terek, which acquired the player after refusing to transfer " Rostov. " In the new team, the midfielder did not get lost behind the experienced old-timers and quickly broke his place in the first team, steadily appearing on the field for two seasons in a row. However, in the third year in Grozny, the midfielder suddenly disappeared from the field of vision of the fans, as the media reported various facts - a conflict with the coach, injury or poor physical condition.
Nevertheless, in the championship of the 2011/2012 season Oleg Vlasov returned to the football field and took part in 25 meetings, contributing to the consolidation of the team in the Premier League. But a year later the story repeated: the midfielder stopped playing and in the summer of 2013 signed a contract with Torpedo, who ended up in the FNL.
Success in Mordovia
Oleg Vlasov was one of the creators of the return of “Torpedo” to the Premier League and a year later, on the wave of success, moved to the Saransk “Mordovia”. The new team was familiar to the midfielder: in addition to returning to Torpedo in the top division of Russia in one year, the locusts showed similar football.
“Mordovia”, the second time in the Premier League, was more experienced, and in November 2014, in a match against the silver medalist of the championship, “Zenith” was able to win three points - the author of the only goal scored was the former player of St. Petersburg - Oleg Vlasov. In the Saransk club, the midfielder felt very comfortable and in two seasons played for “Mordovia”, he played in almost all the championship matches.
Transition to Arsenal
Often, unexpected changes occur in the life of football players - this, in particular, is interesting for football. “Mordovia”, following the results of the 2015/2016 championship, dropped into the FNL, and Oleg Vlasov, eager to play in the Premier League, signed a contract with the Tula “Arsenal”. The Tulaks, who returned to the Russian elite a year later, gladly took an experienced midfielder, and the coaching staff fully trusted the player, regularly releasing him at the base.
For the first part of the season Oleg played in 14 meetings, scoring just one goal, which helped the Tula club to score a point in the fight against the “Urals” - 1: 1. After this meeting, the midfielder spent a not so bright segment of the game and began to replace more often than to start the game at the start, however, such a move by the Arsenal coach did not work - the team suffered a series of setbacks, after which the club ended up in the penultimate place. An experienced Oleg Vlasov, who seeks to continue to show a high level of the game, is seriously preparing for the second part of the championship to help his club gain a foothold in the middle of the tournament table, and his talent can contribute to the achievement of his goals.
