• Dietary chicken in a sleeve or foil. This option is suitable for those who follow the figure or suffer from gastrointestinal diseases. In this case, the fried crust does not form, and the dish turns out to be light and more useful. Rub the carcass with salt and spices, place in foil and bake in the oven for about an hour and a half.

• Chicken cooked on a jar. A very simple recipe. Use this method, as cooking chicken so that it is juicy is not always easy.

You will need a jar in which up to half the water is poured (the size is selected depending on the size of the carcass).
