When washing, you will remove microorganisms from the skin of the grapes, which during the fermentation process will serve as natural yeast.

First of all, you need to make juice. Crush grapes with a wooden pestle, doing this as carefully as possible. Only if each berry is crushed will the right amount of juice be obtained. To do this is not too difficult, because grapes easily give juice. The resulting mixture, called the pulp by professionals, must be filtered and poured into a glass bottle.
