With regard to a healthy lifestyle, there are two opposing points of view: some advocate for it with all limbs, while others vehemently reject it. Truth, as always, is in the middle. A reasonable attitude to his body has not harmed anyone. But the main thing is to take the burden on your own so as not to fall when walking, that is, you cannot follow something just because it is fashionable. In amateur sports there are injuries too, therefore - without fanaticism.
