How to achieve the goal: the scheme of correct behavior

Of course, each of us has ever thought about how to achieve a goal. And this is not at all surprising, because each person had, has and will always have his own aspirations, desires and dreams.

However, unfortunately, it is far from always possible to carry out the plan. Why is this happening? What exactly is stopping us? How to learn how to build your existence and your way of life so that goals are achieved more and more often?

For those who certainly want to achieve the goal, we would advise you to adhere to eight simple laws.

  1. The goal should be clear and understandable. It happens this way: for a long, long time we want something, strive, do what we think is possible and impossible to achieve the goal, but there is no result. Is that familiar? - Decide on a goal! - A clearly defined goal can save a lot of time. Make it a rule to report daily to yourself on what exactly you have done to become at least one step closer to your plan.
  2. Down with the fear. Sometimes we are simply afraid to take a step towards our dream. We are afraid of change, failure, innovation. Stop for a moment and think: “How to achieve the goal? Do I really want this? What am I doing in order to implement my plan? What is he ready to sacrifice for the realization of a dream? ” Remember that nothing is ever given to a person just like that, because, as you know, a free cheese is waiting for its mouse only in a mousetrap. For everything you have to pay or sacrifice something in the name of another. Ie we are not afraid! - We are acting!
  3. We pursue only our own goals. Have you ever had the feeling that you, of course, are fulfilling a dream, but is it yours? Sometimes it is very unfortunate that children are sent to a music school or, say, to dance. Here comes the child, tormented. The childhood dream of parents or grandparents is realized. And the child ... And the child dreams of football, cross-stitch or martial arts. For yourself, the answer to the question of how to achieve the goal can be found easily, but only on the condition that this goal is really yours.
  4. To make sense, we often write down problems on paper. Try to describe a situation that prevents you from fulfilling what you want: in writing or orally, but be sure to do it. It is better, of course, if this description will resemble a list with peculiar items of the plan. Are you done? - Now abstract yourselves and for some time imagine that this problem is not yours at all, but, say, a friend or relative. What would you advise him to do?
  5. We are setting up positively. You know, but a positive attitude is also of great importance. If you constantly wonder how to achieve the goal, but at the same time doubt its implementation, then you will never succeed. Remember there is such a folk wisdom: “Each dream is given to us together with the forces for its realization”? - So, forget the phrase “I can’t”, throw it out of your vocabulary and never use it again. You can! Sure! It is necessary to learn to look at everything from the positive side, and to find pros in everything.
  6. Praise yourself beloved / beloved. Praise yourself. Praise constantly. For each timid and tiny little step that brings you closer to the goal.
  7. We specify the desired. Make it as tangible as possible. Ask yourself the question: “What will happen when I achieve this?” Mentally transported in time, imagine that everything has already happened. - What is your life now? Like? Everything suits me? Is it exactly important to fight for it? This game of imagination will help you establish the true value of the plan.
  8. We are not afraid to lose . And, probably, the most important thing: do not be afraid to lose! Did not work out? Stumbled and fell? - Nothing wrong! Now you have become a little wiser, which means try again! The worst thing that can be done is to sit back, wail, moan, accuse everyone around, but at the same time do absolutely nothing. Remember that there is no one to solve your problems, besides you personally. Act, and you can definitely change your life and achieve your goal!
