Devices based on the Android OS are quite densely rooted in our lives. They are especially useful in that you can download and install a huge variety of free games, applications and programs that are even better and better than many paid ones. However, as with any system, there are minor glitches in Android. For example, many people write: “I can’t go to the Play Market. What should I do?” As a matter of fact, every owner of an Android device faced this problem, and whoever did not encounter it will definitely experience it.
I can’t go to the Play Market. What to do?
As can be understood from the above, this problem is very common, so you need to know how it is fixed, even if there was no reason to reflect on such a misfortune.
This problem looks something like this: the Play Market starts, followed by a slight delay, similar to downloading, then this application simply shuts down or gives an error and turns off. Further launch of the store or rebooting the smartphone will be inconclusive, as this misfortune will continue constantly.
Before you rush to correct it, you need to think carefully: "Why can not I go to the" Play Market? "" This may be due to:
- clutter of the Play Market application itself and its components (the most common reason);
- problems with your Google account;
- disable or delete files and components that are important for the store.
In principle, when they ask: “Why can’t I go to the Play Market?” - many causes are resolved fairly quickly and painlessly. First, let's try the simplest and most effective way.
Clear the cache
The most common reason that you can’t access Play Market is because the phone is littered with cache and temporary files. The whole problem is that
temporary files are flooding the smartphone, and there are so many of them that they begin to block the files necessary for the normal process. At the same time, service utilities such as Cleaner or Clean Master can not cope with the problem. This does not mean that they are so useless. They just do not delete data about accounts and accounts. Then do not despair and do this procedure manually.
You can do it like this. We go into the settings of the smartphone, where we go to the "Applications" subsection. There you need to move to the tab "All", and then find the application called Google Play Store. When it is found, we go into it. Here you can see two buttons: "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data". We click alternately first on one, then on the other. We are doing the same manipulations with the Google Services Framework and Google Play Services components. After that, the problem “I can’t go to the Play Market” should leave the upset user for a while. If this does not happen, then we understand further.
Account Problem
Also, often this misfortune can be associated with a Google account through which you exit to Google Play. What to do in this case?
The solution to the problem in this case is very simple, namely, delete this Google account from the phone (that is, exit it and delete it from the registry), and then re-enter it. Why do the following: open "Settings", where we look for the item "Accounts and synchronization", then we find the Google account to be deleted. Having deleted it, open Google Play again, then log in to the Google system (you can use the same account).
The fault of the user
If you are still puzzled by the problem: “I can’t go to the Play Market,” after providing root, then this may be the case. Root rights (root) are the rights of the super administrator, i.e. the developer. With their help, you can do a lot of useful things on your phone, including stopping or removing unnecessary and often (unknowingly) important system applications, such as Google Play or its components. After that they often write: “I can’t go to the Play Market, writes such and such an error.”
You can correct the situation in several ways:
- download a newer version of the Android OS to your phone or update;
- download "Play Market" to your smartphone using a PC or install from an unknown source;
- roll back to factory settings;
- reflash the system (cardinal method, so it is unlikely to have to resort to it).
It is also worth always remembering that jokes are bad with root rights, and you can only delete applications that you probably know.
If even after all these steps I can’t access the “Play Market”, perhaps I (or you) should check the network connection, since there is a chance that the problem arose only because there was no Internet. In fact, it’s better to do this before starting to repair your smartphone in the ways described above.
