But in some cases, for example, if you make pancake envelopes with filling, on the contrary, you can make the dough harder, so in such recipes, usually, a larger number of eggs is indicated. If you want to make this dish rosy, then you need to add a little sugar. However, due to too much of this product, pancakes can burn, so it is worth observing the measure.

Before you bake pancakes on a yeast dough, you need to let it rise a little. However, if the dough fails, there is a chance that the pancakes may burn. It is not worth it to stir the dough too quickly, as this can impair the taste of the finished dish.

The turning paddle should be quite wide for the convenience of the cook. However, if the exact formulation was followed, no problems with this process should arise.

Finished products are recommended to be served hot. You can make a sweet filling, for example, from cottage cheese or berries. But there are a large number of salted fillings, for example, minced meat, mushrooms, red caviar and many others.
