All the girls know that beautiful, well-groomed hair is the key to success! And here their color, length or styling is not so important. The most important thing is their health. Healthy hair always looks good! They are shiny, strong, silky, and you just want to touch them. However, not all girls were awarded with healthy hair by nature. And many, in order to strengthen their hair, buy the entire range of goods from cosmetic stores, do not leave hairdressing salons, but for some reason the result is not pleasing. This is due to the fact that when we overload our hair with cosmetics: masks, conditioners, oils, they only get worse. And then the best way is to turn to folk remedies: herbs, tinctures, oils.

A very good remedy is henna, which can be either color or colorless. Colored henna acts in two directions at once: it dyes the hair (in red color) and strengthens them. However, if you do not want to become red, colorless henna for hair is quite suitable for you, the use of which gives a result that is not inferior to color. Henna does not allow hair loss, improves blood circulation, strengthens hair, fights against dandruff, prevents itching and allergies. Colorless henna is especially good for blondes, because their hair is thin and fragile and very much in need of quality care from natural ingredients.

So, how to use this miracle remedy? Usually colorless henna for hair, the use of which is very simple, in the form of a mask is applied to the hair. However, everything is not as simple as it seems. Masks are different, depending on your hair type and what kind of effect you want to achieve.

The most common henna mask is made as follows: take 100 g of colorless henna and dilute in 300 ml of boiling water. Apply the resulting slurry to the hair, rubbing it very carefully into the roots. After all this, it is advisable to put a hat on your head and wrap it with a warm towel or scarf for longer heat preservation, as henna acts only in heat. The same principle should be followed when using other masks, which are based on colorless henna, the use of which will restore hair. Keep the mask on your head for 30-60 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with hot water.

Mask to prevent hair loss. Take 2 tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil, 1 spoon of castor oil, 2 tablespoons of green clay and 3 tablespoons of henna. Dilute the resulting mixture with any decoction of medicinal herbs until gruel forms. Apply it on the hair and soak for 1 hour, then rinse thoroughly with shampoo.

A mask to enhance shine and add volume to the hair. Dilute colorless henna with water in usual proportions and add 1 tablespoon of almond oil. For greater effect, you can also add 1 spoon of dimexide. Hold the mask on your hair for an hour and rinse with shampoo.

Moisturizing mask for dry and damaged hair, which is based on colorless henna for hair, the use of which will make the hair beautiful and strong. Dilute 3 tablespoons of henna in water or in a decoction of medicinal herbs, add the pulp of fresh avocado and 1 spoon of castor oil. Rinse with shampoo after about 1-2 hours.

Mask with kefir. Dilute 3 tablespoons of henna in 150 ml of hot kefir and add 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Hold on your hair for 40-50 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with shampoo.

A firming mask for oily hair, in which the main component is colorless henna for hair, the application is very simple, and the effect of it is simply amazing. Steam a bag of henna in water, add 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of blue clay and 1 spoon of burdock or castor oil. Hold on your hair for about 30-60 minutes.

However, when applying henna, you need to be careful! Keep in mind that if you dye your hair with chemical dyes, then henna can give an unattractive greenish tint. And if you dye your hair after using henna-based masks, then the dye may lie unevenly, because henna does not allow dyes to penetrate the structure of the hair. It can also weaken the effect of perm.
