- one kilogram of potatoes;
- 30 ml odorless vegetable oil;
- salt, pepper and a mixture of provence herbs.
You will also need a baking sleeve.
Cooking:
- Wash and dry slices of poultry meat well. Excess moisture can be dampened with a paper towel.
- Grate drumsticks with salt and large ground pepper. So they should be marinated for at least 20 minutes.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces. It is better not to take young tubers, otherwise they will quickly boil.

Turkey meat is much healthier than chicken. From the point of view of dietetics, it has no price: it is well absorbed, low-calorie and contains valuable protein and many useful trace elements. Ingredients:
- large turkey drumstick - 1 pc.;
- medium potato tubers - 5-7 pcs.;
- red onion - 1 pc.;
