Since ancient times, people have needed fuel for heating, cooking, making tools and hunting. When the forest is near, there are no problems. The desert is another matter. Here, dry dwarf shrub or dried animal manure is used as fuel. Today, the world's main energy resources are coal, oil and gas. In Europe, they increasingly prefer to use pellets, briquettes. Eurodrova is another name for this product.
Manufacturers of briquettes and pellets
The most promising producer country of Eurodroves is Russia, since for centuries it has been rich in endless forest resources. Russia produces eurowood mainly for export: it has enough oil and gas to meet the country's needs. For example, in Europe, whose states have been importers of Russian fuel for many years, they use euro-woods, the price of which is much lower. They are considered the cheapest type of heating products.
This type of fuel today is very common in European countries for space heating using special boilers. If initially such boilers were used exclusively for industrial purposes, heating factories, plants and the like, now ordinary citizens use this method. They heat private residential buildings, using eurowood for this. Customer reviews say that this type of fuel is characterized by easy ignition, thanks to a special hole that is made inside the log.
Varieties of firewood
There is a certain classification of Eurodrods: pellets, briquettes. It determines the type of product by technical specifications. In this regard, firewood is subject to a certain European standard. Some types of pellets are suitable only for industrial use. They are coarser, made from different types of wood, and they have different combustion properties. Others, in the production of which one type of tree is used, most often conifers, is used for heating the private sector. The material and the manufacturing process of future products determine the standards of the European standard, which include such parameters:
- sizes
- combustion;
- humidity
- ash content.
And therefore, each of the self-respecting manufacturers is obliged to strictly comply with the technological process, so that subsequently its products can pass certification and export to different countries without problems. All of Europe buys Eurowood: feedback on their use is only positive. Their low cost and excellent heat transfer are especially noted.
Eurowood prices
Using pellets or Euro briquettes is very convenient. They are transported in special large bags. Pellets are burned in boilers using special bins, from which they automatically come. Thus, the boiler is able to work for several days.
Eurodroves, whose price is quite low, have worthily taken their place in the global biological fuel market:
- the average cost of 1 ton of Euro-briquette from coniferous wood - 4500 rubles;
- 1 ton of Eurodroves from a mixture of conifers and birch costs 4900 rubles.
Many of the consumers who use euro-wood in home heating leave only positive reviews: after burning, almost no ash remains in the boilers. It should be remembered that one ton of Euro-briquettes replaces five cubic meters of ordinary firewood, burns much longer and gives more heat to the room.
Manufacturing process
The production of euro-wood includes several stages. First, it is necessary to grind large parts of wood waste: a special chipper is responsible for this. Further along the conveyor, the raw material moves to a specific place and is stored there. Then there is a further grinding to a certain fraction and placement in hoppers with a loader. There are three such bunkers. One of them is designed for non-standard sizes of raw materials, the other is filled with mass, which is subsequently sent to a heat generator, the third - for wood chips. After that, the material passes through a vibrating screen and is sent to a drying drum, where it acquires a degree of humidity of not more than 12%. The drum is equipped with a powerful heat generator. Qualitatively dried raw materials are crushed by a hammer mill.
Briquetting and packaging
After that, the material is transported to the briquette machine. Briquetteer is a powerful press, which can be of various types: auger, hydraulic or mechanical. Auger is used extremely rarely, as it is very difficult to adapt to the automatic process. After pressing, the briquettes undergo a cooling procedure. The cooling line in production reaches 30 meters in length. Then the cooled briquettes are cut with a special automatic saw, which has ultra-high accuracy. The packaging machine completes the process.
Production has a conveyor-automatic principle, providing technology with high productivity. This technology is very practical and economical, helping to conserve natural resources. Since one ton of Eurodroves is equivalent to two tons of ordinary ones, the saving is obvious when burning. Numerous companies, amid a common perspective, are engaged in the production of equipment for the production of a variety of biologically clean fuels, such as briquettes and pellets.
Organization Costs
Key equipment units are:
- crusher with a capacity of 1000 kg per hour;
- pyrolysis furnace ;
- a pressing machine manufacturing 210 kg per hour;
- drying unit with a productivity of 600 kg per hour;
- conveyor units;
- precision saw;
- packing machine.
The total contribution to the equipment is 890,000 rubles. Each company that is just starting its business will easily recover costs in a short time when investing in eurowood. Equipment for the production of biofuels is in the following limits:
- crusher - 160,000 rubles;
- dryer - 250,000 rubles;
- pressing unit - 250 000 rubles;
- pyrolysis furnace - 230 000 rubles.
Eurodrova, reviews of which are very positive, are very popular among Russian consumers. Many residents of private houses and cottages have long switched to biofuels, thereby saving money on heating during harsh winters.
Consumers are pleased with the possibility of storing Eurodrods indoors, as they do not have any impurities, odors and are an environmentally friendly product. The absence of smoke, long burning, strong heat dissipation, ease of storage and, most importantly, low price are the main advantages of this product.
