Cities of Latvia: list of settlements

Latvia is not a very populated country. Because no city, almost everyone is the capital. That is, the administrative center of the same name region. Most of the cities are in northwestern Latvia (Vedzeme). Basically, their distribution throughout the country is uniform. Only Celia suffers: here, even the administrative centers of the territories are not cities.
