Bitter tincture with a strength of 50-80% is called absinthe. Its basis is the notorious trinity - a balanced combination of fennel, wormwood and anise. In the composition of absinthe, a wide variety of components can be found (chamomile, coriander, mint, lemon balm, cinnamon, cloves, etc.).

The first factory in the Austro-Hungarian Empire to produce exclusive alcoholic beverages was founded by Austrian businessman Moritz Schulz in 1898.
