The commissioning deadlines of the famous Evropeisky shopping center in Novosibirsk, which is being built in the Kalinin district, are constantly being postponed. A new date has been set - the end of 2019. The chief architect said that today finishing and finishing work and landscaping are being carried out.

The best shopping professionals worked on the project of the Evropeisky shopping center. Under the construction of the largest shopping center in Novosibirsk allocated a plot of 2.5 hectares. The facade of the front side of the building is made of glass and resembles a large soap bubble. Two side and back sides are revetted with hinged panels.
Entrance to the Shopping Center will be from Tankova Street. The building consists of seven levels: ground floor, two underground and four above-ground floors. The area of the Evropeisky shopping center in Novosibirsk is more than 100 thousand square meters. According to the project investor, almost half of the total area of the building - 45 square meters - was allocated for rental shops. The shopping center is also equipped with two-level parking for 1200 places.
Independent experts estimated the size of the investment over 10 years of construction at three billion dollars. The cost of investing in one square meter is estimated at one thousand dollars.
When opening
The shopping center "Evropeisky" in Novosibirsk was promised to be delivered this year, but the deadlines are once again postponed. The construction of the largest shopping center began in 2008. From 2010 to 2013, work was suspended and resumed only in 2014.
Initially, the shopping center “Evropeisky” was supposed to be commissioned in 2015. After work stopped and resumed after a few years, in 2014 a new deadline was announced - 2017, which also moved. People of the city of Novosibirsk expected a discovery at the end of 2018, which once again did not take place. To date, project investors are voicing a new date - October 2019.
The chief architect said that today finishing and finishing work and landscaping are being carried out. Exterior finish will be completed by the end of this year, and the interior decoration of the room has not yet begun.
Contracts with tenants have not yet been concluded - so far only a careful selection is being carried out, which is engaged in the company "Shops stores." However, the head of the company's consulting Andrey Vasyutkin promised that fundamentally new brands for city residents will be presented at the Evropeisky shopping center in Novosibirsk. Therefore, perhaps a decision on future landlords has already been made, but the details of this have not yet been disclosed. As the architect of the project says: "There is no contract - there is no tenant."
Of grocery stores, Auchan and Lenta hypermarket claim to rent a place in the Evropeisky shopping center in Novosibirsk. Also, one of the hypermarkets of household appliances will occupy the area: Eldorado, M. Video ”or“ Technosila ”.
