The computer games industry is rich in serious and thoughtful projects that make you empathize with the main characters and tormenting conscience about the choice made. After such works I want something really entertaining, kind and unpretentious. A striking example of a "children's" game is Spore. The system requirements of the project, and therefore the quality of the graphics, can confuse many users. But believe me, here the picture is not the main thing, and, having decided to try yourself in the role of an evolving hero or villain, you pass more than one evening.
System requirements
Like many projects of 2008-2009, the system requirements of Spore: Galactic Adventures do not seem to be something unattainable for modern players. You can verify this by examining the table below.
The low requirements are due in part to the plain graphics in the project. Do not pay attention to it, because the main thing in this game is the gameplay. Here it is really diverse.
From cell to body
The whole gameplay is divided into several stages. We begin the game on behalf of a small cell with a great future. In the unicellular world, the main task is to eat as much as possible and not be eaten by someone else. For each piece of meat or a piece of plant eaten, you will receive evolution points that you can spend on improving the hero.
Add extra tentacles, spikes for protection, or an extra mouth? The Spore game leaves you the right to choose. Its system requirements are so small that you do not expect anything big, but the story does not end there. As soon as you go through several stages of development, you can set a direction for further evolution and get out to land. This is where the fun begins.
Diversity is the soul of pleasure
Once out on land, you will realize how extraordinary and funny the game world is. Have you accidentally added a couple of extra legs to your being? They will be very useful for you to fit into the atmosphere prevailing in the virgin territories. Get ready to meet really strange animals.
Some of them have several pairs of eyes, others have wings, while others use trunks instead of hands to poke their body. Once here, you realize how diverse the world of Spore is. The system requirements of the game can now seem underestimated, because for 18 million diverse models of creatures, much more resources should be needed!
Together we are strong!
Plenty of walking along the shores of the “ocean-cradle”, go deep into the jungle to make contact with other inhabitants of the planet. Here you will be met by friendly and not very creatures, and your relationship with them will depend on how you behave. You can immediately break into battle and defeat a smaller creature. It is better to eat a defeated opponent - this will restore your strength and give evolution points for further development.
But it’s better to try to come to an agreement. An original and fun relationship system will not let you get bored in the game Spore. System requirements might disappoint you with regard to graphics, but dancing, all kinds of gestures, songs, cries and other actions that you will need to repeat for your interlocutor will not leave you indifferent. Repeating all the movements, you will have the first friend and get the cherished evolution points. A little later you will be able to evolve further, start your own tribe and begin a long journey to the stars. But you can’t do without friends, and the more there are, the better.
Through hardship to the stars
Having knocked together the first tribe, you will very quickly realize that you are a serious force. A couple of aggressive attacks and several diplomatic agreements - and you will become the manager of a small town. Developing a metropolis in the game Spore (the system requirements for Windows 7 and other operating systems are the same) is not easy. We will have to make every effort to survive in the fierce struggle for dominance in the economy. But the efforts will exceed all your expectations - you will go to the stars.
After entering the vast space, you will be entrusted with a research mission. Flying from one planet to another, you will meet new races, lead allies and, of course, enemies. The war, which will certainly be, promises to be the worst in the history of the game. However, you can win, and not without the help of your friends. But do you think this will be the end?
