The first way to bake turkey fillets in the oven
You will need: half a kilogram of turkey fillet, fifty grams of butter, salt, a mixture of peppers, lemon juice. Heat the oven to two hundred degrees. Wash the fillet, dry with a paper towel, grate with salt and a mixture of peppers. Cut the butter frozen to hardness with a long straw (it is good to do this with a heated knife). Stuff the fillet with butter. A very narrow and sharp knife is useful here. Make deep punctures and push oil straight down the blade as deep as possible. To keep the fillet in shape, you can wrap it with a thread. Wrap in foil. Bake turkey fillet in the oven, which takes forty minutes.

Needed: turkey ham without bone. For the sauce: a glass of vegetable oil, lemon, a mixture of Italian or French herbs, two cloves of garlic, onion, salt.
In a blender, process herbs, garlic, onions, lemon juice, add a stream of olive oil. Beat until smooth. Pour turkey fillet with this mixture and keep in the refrigerator for an hour. Warm the oven to two hundred degrees. Place the fillet with the marinade (aka sauce) in the baking sleeve, place on a baking sheet, gently on top, so that the juice does not flow from the inside, pierce several holes in the sleeve with a pin to release steam.

It will be needed for the marinade: two tbsp. tablespoons of brown sugar and salt, bay leaf, three glasses of water, allspice. Two turkey fillets - about one and a half kilograms, two tbsp. tablespoons of honey and olive oil, according to Art. a spoonful of soy sauce and paprika, a spoonful of ground black pepper. Of all the ingredients for the marinade, prepare the mixture. To clean the turkey breast from the films and tendons and send for a day in the refrigerator, pre-filled with prepared sauce. Then wash with cold water, dry with a napkin and coat with glaze, mixing honey, olive oil, paprika, pepper and soy sauce for this. Pickle another day in the refrigerator. Then roll the meat and tie it with threads. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, put the fillet and bake at a temperature of one hundred sixty degrees and a half hours. About once every half an hour, pour meat over the resulting juice. Allow to cool for ten to fifteen minutes and cut for serving.
