As we know, vineyards have become relatively recent. A small team of several like-minded people organized this project, which successfully exists and has been moving on the market for more than 30 years.
The planting period was preceded by a long and painstaking work: selection of terrain, soil samples (in order to select the desired terroir), drawing up recommendations for the cultivation of vineyards. After a long preparation process, in 2006 the first vines were planted and the bulk of the planting work was done, the necessary equipment was purchased.
So there were famous wines of the brand Gai Kodzor. Today, over 14 grape varieties grow in the vineyards: Merlot, Syrah, Grinash, Senso, Pinot Noir, Kaladok and many others. Over 2/3 are red varieties. White accounts for less than 30% of landings.
