The city of Dmitrov (not to be confused with the Ukrainian Dimitrov) is one of the oldest settlements in the Moscow Region. Where is Dmitrov city located? It is located within the Moscow region, just 60 kilometers north of the capital. By Dmitrovskoe highway (A 104) from the Moscow Ring Road to the city, you can get there in less than an hour. If you do not have a private car, Dmitrov can be easily reached by public transport.
