It should be noted that the coolness of curls depends on the speed of movements. This is another important nuance that must be taken into account. With fast movement, smoother curls are obtained, with slow movement - vice versa. If something went wrong, then the procedure will have to be repeated after 30 seconds. This period of time is necessary in order for the strands to cool.
