The modern life of mankind is very different from that which flowed on the earth literally 30-40 years ago. Progress has brought a lot of positive. The possibilities of television have expanded, mobile communication, and the Internet have appeared. This is definitely a huge plus. And it's funny to argue with that. Therefore, a conservative person who denies the benefits of computers and other progressive innovations is undoubtedly a short-sighted person. Sometimes the manifestation of conservatism concerns the education of the younger generation. Here, too, not everything is clear. An advocate for reading books, collective children's games in real life - with a ball and a skipping rope, with jumping and running, with screams and funny cries - the educator can be defined as a conservative person. This name, however, will sound like praise to many. Excessive enthusiasm for youth, especially children and adolescents, computer games and communication on the networks is harmful to the educational process. However, it is not worth denying the fact that a conservative attitude towards the learning process gives a lesser effect. Interactive whiteboards, computer technology, the speed of finding the necessary additional material for the lesson, the possibility of distance learning (even instantly checking the completed assignment for a student who is thousands of kilometers away), Skype webinars - all this encourages both students and teachers, the process makes Learning is richer, more interesting, more effective. Therefore, conservative teaching methods, alas, are not a progressive, inhibitory phenomenon. And the teacher, a man of conservative beliefs, who remained a supporter of the 19th and early 20th centuries, when the main means of suggestion and conviction were rods, a belt and other physical punishments, was absolutely terrible.

In a broader sense, a person of conservative views is viewed from the angle of his attitude to politics.
