This process of insisting plants on a mixture of alcohol with artesian water is called maceration. The use of only natural ingredients in the production process determines the uniqueness of the composition of Borschevka vodka.
After maceration, aromatic alcohols undergo double distillation and eight stages of filtration. This allows us to say with confidence that Borschevka is the purest vodka. After the last filtration, the finished product is not to be bottled immediately. Several days are allocated in order for the vodka to ripen in gastronomic terms. Depending on what products were used for tincture of alcohols, there are three types of vodka:
- “Original Hogweed” is a composition of five aromatic alcohols. On the palate, rye bread and cabbage with a slight aftertaste of bay leaf, pepper and garlic are clearly audible. It can be served with borsch with sour cream, beetroot, sauerkraut, lard with garlic and brown bread. It is recommended to use in a form cooled to a temperature of 15 degrees.
- “Borshchevka with a chill” - vodka with a taste of celery, caraway seeds, coriander and dill. After use, leaves a pleasant mint chill. To taste, it goes well with summer dishes such as cabbage soup, young potatoes, etc.
- “Borshchka with a twinkle” is a warming vodka, in the taste of which one can clearly trace notes of hot and allspice, garlic, cabbage and fresh bread. It is ideal for meat dishes and lightly salted cucumbers.

The composition of vodka
The composition of the Borschevka vodka is as natural as possible. In the taste, notes of certain products are clearly traced, on the basis of which maceration was carried out. Depending on the type of product, the list of constituent ingredients can vary significantly.
The composition of the original Borschevka original vodka includes purified prepared water, rectified ethyl alcohol from food raw materials, sugar syrup, aromatic rye bread alcohol, alcoholized infusions of cabbage, garlic, bay leaf, pepper. The rest of the products from the assortment of the brand (with a chill and a twinkle) differs in composition in that instead of these ingredients, alcohol tinctures of other vegetables and spices are used.
Vodka "Borschevka", regardless of type, has the same strength in 40% of revolutions. Calorie content of the product is 220 kcal per 100 grams.
