So, we bring to your attention the first version of the cake, which is performed in layers. The list of products is as follows:

1. Rice for sushi - 300 grams.

2. Nori leaf - 2 pieces.

3. Cucumber (medium) - 2 pieces.

4. Avocados - 1-2 pieces.

5. Lightly salted trout or salmon - 250-300 grams.

6. Rice vinegar.

7. Lightly salted soy sauce.

8. Wasabi.

9. Sesame seeds.

10. Ginger root (pickled).

Cooking:

At the bottom of the form or dish, you must first put a sheet of nori. The next layer is half the prepared rice. Here we make a remark that if you use a flat dish, it is convenient to use a sliding form, in which all layers are placed in series.

Next, place the plates of the cucumber and a layer of fish on top.

Then we have a repeat of the layers, but instead of cucumber, we will already have a layer of avocado. On the salmon or trout, put the second sheet of nori and the following layers: rice, avocado, fish.

On top of the finished cake is sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Done! Now you just need to carefully remove the sliding form, cut the cake and serve with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.

Important note. If you used a deep mold to make a cake, the cooking technology will change a little. In this case, the top layer will need to be covered with another, third sheet of nori. Press it firmly to the fish so that all layers are compacted and gently turn the cake on a flat dish, trying to maintain its shape. And since the top layer will be just dark from the nori, then it will need to be decorated.
