Pervomaiskaya Street, which lies 200 meters from the complex, leads to it. Its official address is: Vasilkovskaya Street, building numbers 2 to 10 on the even side. Transport accessibility

It is planned to plant flowering shrubs, trees, to plant flower beds, build playgrounds and sports grounds, equip bike paths, set up convenient benches, and even create your own little lake with a walking area around. It is planned to equip secured parking lots on a specially designated site, but the yards will be free of cars. All this can be seen on the general plan of the future new residential area. Now only the first stage is being built here, including 7 buildings. Their residents, until this large-scale project is completed, can use the infrastructure of the village of Baltym and the town of Verkhnyaya Pyshma. Literally a couple of minutes from the complex there are 4 construction stores, 4 grocery stores, a pharmacy and a post office. A kindergarten is 2000 meters from the buildings, while a school and a hospital are 1000 meters away.

Description of the complex
LCD "Baltym - Park" consists of seven three-story residential buildings, erected on a monolithic-brick technology. On the ground floors in each house will be built spacious outdoor terraces. In the commissioned PK-1, the floors on them are wooden, in the rest of the PCs, the floors are tiled. On the second and third floors, all apartments have closed and open balconies. Classical glazing on them is not planned in order to ensure ventilation, but beautiful aluminum grilles are installed, and a stylish fence on the terraces. In addition, each terrace has a separate entrance to the shared courtyard. Terrace area from 19 sq. M. The entrance areas of all buildings are bright and spacious, beautifully decorated. Modern intercoms are installed on the doors of the porches, and to ensure additional security it is planned to fence the entire territory of the complex.
To provide better thermal insulation, high-quality polystyrene foam is mounted on the walls of the buildings, and the external facades are covered with modern tile material. The complex will have its own boiler room. In PK-1, each apartment is equipped with its own heating equipment. In other PCs, heating will be centralized.
Quartography
A total of 5,000 apartments are planned to be commissioned in the new complex. Their categories:

Construction progress
LCD "Baltym-Park" is part of a large-scale project implemented in the village of Baltym. In the future, there will be a whole separate town with its own infrastructure. The completion date for this project is 2032. So far, only the first stage, consisting of 7 multi-section buildings, is being built. PK-1 was commissioned in 2016, in August the keys were issued to residents. PK-2 was commissioned in November 2016. PC-3, PC-4 and PC-5 at the beginning of 2017. Work is currently being completed in the PC-6 building, the deadline for which is at the end of 2017 (in the IV quarter). The last building PK-7 should be delivered in the first quarter of next year, 2018. Now the construction of the building is completed, in it the internal work is being carried out at an accelerated pace.
