The release of any product, the construction of a building, the laying of networks and the execution of other types of work, as well as the provision of various kinds of services, is associated with the fulfillment of a huge number of requirements and standards. The main ones are state standards (GOSTs) and technical specifications (TU). If almost every citizen of the former USSR and the current CIS is familiar with the first category, then the second criterion needs to be dealt with in more detail.
