Communication is a term that in the English segment sounds like communication or communication. We do not pronounce this long and complex word, as our language has a simpler synonym. They are generally not susceptible to criticism and badass: they have a goal and they achieve it. A focused style of communication is inherent in people who love order and prosperity.

They always dress discreetly, strictly, but at the same time they are very expensive, they don’t like the excesses of accessories, they choose one, but a decent one. They speak and communicate as sternly, succinctly and strictly in the case. Their signature phrase can be considered: "Have a moment?" - after which you will immediately receive a huge amount of information in a compressed form. Among targeted people, poor or stray individuals are rarely found - these are two mutually exclusive factors.

This is a style of interpersonal communication in which a person behaves extremely actively, loudly, looks bright and constantly comes up with something new. Such people are often called “clowns,” “jesters,” or “company souls.” Moreover, this pattern of behavior can be the basis of both business relations (for sure you have met a kind of overly bright and exuberant, but brilliant artist at least once in your life), and serve as the foundation for building love and friendship.

Such people look exactly the same as they behave - bright, bold, sometimes even tasteless. They always speak very loudly, they can afford to go beyond the bounds of decency, while abounding in ideas, in everything they see something of their own, based on impressions. Their words and thoughts seem crazy, but brilliant.

This communication style in communication is a mirror image of the previous one. It also lacks order, linearity and clarity, but at the same time the person ceases to be bright and loud, but becomes calm, melancholy, thoughtful. These are creative personalities, but due to lack of ambition, they rarely reach the top.

You can compare this style of mass communication with the "gray mouse", which in response says almost nothing. But it’s hard to guess what’s going on in her head. Analysts are people who love order and minimalism, and it is in this "genre" that they communicate with everyone around them.

Dressed always stern and angry, while not particularly expensive. Communicating with you, they will ask short suggestive questions, and in response to yours they may be silent, and all because at the moment they analyze the information received. Like representatives of the previous style, they rarely achieve career heights, as they do not have enough ambitions.

Decision-making is coordinated only by the authorities, while the executive team only fulfills the instructions of those who are above them. In this type of communication between subordinates and bosses, a control factor, a system of punishments and rewards are provided.

Such a concept as an initiative on the part of employees is unacceptable - it is only important to accurately and routinely carry out their instructions. Gradually, this type of communication in a labor society is dying out, but for some areas of activity it is the only source of existence.

Democratic

This type or style of communication is manifested in the framework of the work, which involves a joint approach to solving problems. The boss has the last word, but in the process, to certain decisions and arguments, the team comes by the method of meetings, the method of finding a compromise, through mutual communication. As a rule, this type of business communication is inherent in those organizations in which people enjoy their work, are interested in the success of the campaign and in personal growth.
