Society cannot develop without a clash of interests. It is with the resolution of contradictions that truth is born. Pedagogical conflict is no exception. In the dispute, each of the parties is trying to prove exactly its case, defends its own point of view in the process of the incident, which provokes a conflict of interest.
When creating a
conflict situation and resolving it, age,
social status and the status of its participants are of great importance. Also, a successful or destructive decision will depend on how much participants have in their repayment strategies.
Pedagogical conflict has its own specifics and features:
- the professional responsibility of the teacher for the correct way out of the controversial situation, because educational institutions are a small model of society;
- the parties to the conflict have a different social status that determines the behavior of the parties to it;
- the existing difference in life experience and age breeds the positions of participants in the conflict and creates different responsibilities for errors in its resolution;
- different understanding of events and their causes by participants in a controversial situation: it is difficult for children to cope with their emotions, and the teacher does not always understand the position of the child;
- a pedagogical conflict in which witnesses are present has educational significance, which should be remembered by an adult;
- the professional position of the teacher in a controversial situation obliges him to be proactive in resolving it;
- if the teacher made a mistake or mistake in the conflict situation , this leads to new incidents, which include other participants.
The main contradictions in the field of education have been and remain falling under the category of βwhat and how to teach.β It is in this context that βclashesβ often occur between teachers and the legal representatives of the child, because the latter believe that they have been misunderstood or misunderstood the material.
Pedagogical conflict is an inevitable part of the educational process, because there will always be people who are dissatisfied with each other's actions: not all teachers and educators share the positions of parents, just as the latter do not agree with the teacher on every issue.
The main thing in this dispute is to try to find a compromise solution that would suit everyone, because the activities of the teacher and the work of the teacher depend on how comfortable the psychological climate is.
Ways to resolve pedagogical conflicts is a rather complicated procedure for any representative of this profession. When choosing them, you should be guided by some basic rules:
- try to extinguish the conflict, that is, transfer it from the emotional to the business, to calm, so that there is an opportunity to agree;
- you should try to prevent a conflict situation, since this is easier to do than then look for ways to resolve it;
- resolve the controversial situation "here and now" so as not to aggravate it. Even if this was only partially possible, the work done opens the door to a further positive agreement.
Conflicts in pedagogical activity are an ordinary thing. This is a sphere of communication, interaction, so they are inevitable. The teaching staff of the school, and especially the kindergarten, is largely composed of females, and they have to "get along" with each other every day. And besides internal interactions, there are also conversations with parents of children who are not always well-disposed. Therefore, conflict situations are inevitable, the main thing is that they are not destructive.
