In most cases, of course, we are trying to make successful people of us who are able to make decisions independently, bear responsibility for our actions, and achieve excellent results.
But for some reason, growing up and becoming adults, some people become leaders, ambitious, purposeful, confident, able to lead others. While others, quite the opposite, become (or remain) timid, sometimes infantile, looking for someone to lead them, show the way, tell what to do.
All of us have heard more than once or twice that each of the people can be attributed to one of two categories: he is either a leader or a led person. This is precisely one of the fundamental factors in whether he will succeed in life, what kind of life he will lead and what the results of all his actions will be.

Leading person. Leader. This category of people includes those who are not afraid to take responsibility for themselves, their actions, their lives, as well as the lives of loved ones. These people are able to make decisions independently, overcome difficulties, they can always openly express their opinion (and they have it!) And state their position. Often these people are self-sufficient and self -confident. They have good organizational skills and can lead to them. Do not complain about other people, life or evil rock. They look at life more positively and in all situations try to find positive moments. Very often they are optimists with a constructive outlook on life and events.
Led man. it the exact opposite of the lead. Such people do not always have an opinion. And if they do, they prefer to keep quiet. There are frequent cases when they transfer responsibility to others - if only they are not affected. They complain about fate, circumstances and hopelessness, because life has treated them unfairly. Focus on the weaknesses and position of the victim. Everyone is blamed for all their failures and troubles, but not themselves. As a rule, they are pessimistic and depressive. Decisions are made reluctantly and relieved when decisions are made for them and when they are told what they should do.
Naturally, the style and quality of life of these people are different.
The life of the hosts is very diverse - full of movement, energy, events, emotions. It is pleasant and fun to spend time with them, because such a person is the soul of the company, he always knows how to dilute the gray and boring monotony. They are the masters of their lives.
At the same time, a driven person is one who lives normally and mediocre. There are no outstanding achievements and results in their history. The life of such people sometimes does not even bring pleasure to them. Not to mention others, who, being in the company of led people, may feel bored, depressed, and in a bad mood.
This separation of people is neither good nor bad. It just is. And it is natural. After all, all people cannot be leaders by nature. Just like everyone cannot be led. Otherwise, our whole life would turn into chaos.
There will always be those who create business, enterprises, organizations. And there will always be those who work there. Some enjoy all the benefits and live to the fullest. Others serve them. If there is a person who does not know what to do, where to go, in which direction to develop, then there will always be someone who will show the way and lead him. That is life. This is a rule that brings harmony and the right balance to society.
In conclusion, we can say that by and large everyone - a leading or a slave person - is a person who has his positive qualities and weaknesses, pluses and minuses. And if leaders have a few more chances in order to achieve something, to create the lifestyle that they want, then the followers just need to work more hard on themselves and develop. After all, history is not stingy with cases when, it would seem, unremarkable and mediocre people became first-class leaders and outstanding personalities.
