Vasileostrovsky Brewery is a young enterprise, which, despite quite serious competition, very quickly became popular in its hometown. Its products are in demand and are constantly updated with new interesting specimens.
The beginning of the way
When the Vasileostrovsky Brewery was opened in St. Petersburg in a small abandoned building on Uralskaya Street in 2002, no one attached any importance to this.

Shops in the Northern capital do not feel a shortage in such products. On their shelves you can find beer of any kind of the most famous companies. But the leadership of the new plant decided not to focus on famous brands. Following the example of some Russian enterprises, the Vasileostrovsky Brewery began to manufacture live products. She refused to use preservatives to increase the shelf life of the goods. It was also decided to exclude the pasteurization step and other processing methods from the production process that could have a negative effect on the composition of the final product. Such beer is popularly called "live". And indeed it is. Vasileostrovsky Brewery uses old recipes in its work. They completely lacked filtration, and carbonization and clarification took place only naturally. This has yielded results. New beer was noticed and loved.
Rich assortment
Over time, another product appeared that was launched by the Vasileostrovsky Brewery. Apple cider was a kind of alternative to fruit beer, which is not quite familiar to a Russian person.
Semi-dry sparkling product was fully consistent with the principles of the company, since only two main ingredients were present in its composition: clarified juice from fresh apples and yeast. The result is a wonderful refreshing drink with a unique summer aroma. In its long aftertaste, only yeast and a slight apple sourness are present. The amount of alcohol in this cider does not exceed 4.7 percent, which allows it to be consumed quite often at almost any time. The technology also uses a natural method of fermentation, completely dyes and any preservatives are completely absent. The products are bottled in containers of 0.375 and 0.75 liters, which allows the buyer to make the choice of the quantity of purchased goods.
