Types of participles. Passionate and valid participles

Modern Russian language is a storehouse of various rules and parts of speech. Of course, their study does not constitute any problems for local residents, but foreign citizens sometimes have to work hard to understand what this or that part of speech means, or this or that rule. In most cases, serious embarrassment happens just at the stage of studying the sacrament. Of course, not only foreign citizens do not understand what it is. Many Russian speakers quite often confuse the sacrament, for example, with adjectives.

types of participles
So what is the sacrament? In the rules of the Russian language, participle is defined as a special form of a verb that has the attributes of both a verb and an adjective. Apparently, the difficulties we talked about earlier come from here. So, what signs does the participle receive from the verb, and which from the adjective?

Let's start with the verb. First of all, teachers always say that the verb participle received temporary categories. According to the rules of the Russian language, communion can be either present or past, but never future. Types of participles were also obtained from the most powerful part of speech - the verb. Well, the return.

Now let's turn to the adjective. Here, everything is somewhat simpler than with a verb. The ability to vary by gender, number was obtained precisely from this part of speech. In addition to these important properties, the participles are also capable of declining by the principle of adjectives.

perfect participle
Types of participles - this, in principle, is a simple topic, but it can also cause a lot of trouble, so let's talk a little about them. So, we mentioned earlier that the participles are derived from the verb. In this regard, some signs of the verb passed to the sacrament, in particular, the form. If we turn to the rules associated with the verb, we will see that its types are divided into perfect and imperfect.

Types of participles can be determined by asking a question. If the sacrament is formed from a verb that answers the question "what to do?", Then it should be attributed to an imperfect form. The perfect participle is derived from a verb that answers the question "what to do?" As you can see, with the definition of the type of participle, problems may not arise. But it should be remembered that, for example, from imperfective verbs it is possible to form only the participles of the present and past tense. As for the perfect, from it you will get the participle of only the past tense.

passive participle suffixes
What else should students of the Russian language know? Of course, that communion can be passionate and valid. It will be a little more difficult here than with such a concept as the types of participles.

By true participle is meant a sign of an object that itself performed an action. If it is indicated that an action was taken on someone, then this is already a passive communion. Each of them has its own suffixes , by which it is possible to determine their affiliation.

So, the suffixes of the real participle include –usch, –yushch, –ash, –yash, and also –vsh and –sh. Passive participles can be formed thanks to such suffixes as –em, -im, --, -, -.
