Old mode
The original name of the institution is Kuylyuk. Cafe Kazan was not very welcoming. Of course, many Koreans currently living in the city knew that you can taste national dishes here. However, new visitors did not seek to feast on something in this institution.
The emphasis was on two types of cuisine: Uzbek and Korean. Of course, the menu was dominated by spicy dishes, as well as barbecue. Alcohol was excluded. The first incident occurred at the very beginning of the show, when a famous restaurateur simply could not find an institution. This is due to the fact that the Kuylyuk cafe in Kazan, reviews of which at that time were unflattering, is located in the basement of one of the typical buildings.
Of course, there were some scandals. This incident occurred after the chef said that the quality of the food, its appearance and taste leave much to be desired. As a result, Ivlev proved his point by changing not only the interior, some positions of the kitchen, but also the name of the institution. Now “Kuylyuk” cafe (Kazan) has turned into an institution with the name “White Stork”. It is worth noting that the original name was given in honor of the famous market in Tashkent.

Kuylyuk cafe (Kazan) changed its name. Of course, it was necessary to amend the interior. Now the walls are made in bright colors, from pure white to pale beige. They feature miniatures that introduce Korean landscapes.
On one wall is a television that broadcasts programs from the Friday channel. Furniture was also replaced, bulky canopies were removed. Guests are greeted by light tablecloths with comfortable food plates.

With the change of appearance and name, a change of menu has also come. For example, Uzbek dishes were crossed out. However, according to the management of the institution, they can be ordered in advance.
Otherwise, the kitchen became sharper, Korean students who came to visit were still tested on the “On Knives” program. Several types of spicy soups are presented. According to those who feasted on them, they should be ordered only by true connoisseurs of spicy foods, as it’s difficult to kill burning even with mineral water.
Also on the menu you can find many snacks, for example, beaten cucumbers, Korean salads with carrots, or with bean seedlings. By the way, when ordering a hot dish, visitors are brought a set of several types of snacks. Alcohol is also absent in the institution, but you can bring it with you, by prior arrangement with the administration of the institution. Visitors also highlight special steamed cakes, which can be purchased as an alternative to conventional bread. Prices in the cafe are affordable. For example, hot can be purchased from 250 rubles, and snacks - from 100. This is probably one of the reasons for the growing popularity of the updated institution.
