Outlook is a program for working with your mail, it presents a huge number of functions for working with it. Also in it you can work with all available boxes.

Account creation

- Go to the "Advanced" tab of the same window.
- Here you need to enter the port numbers provided by your providers.
- Check the box "Leave copies of messages on the server" and click and OK.
The Outlook account is ready, now you can write to your friends and colleagues from it. You can use multiple accounts at the same time. Just exit the current one and enter a new one. Done. Now your friends see you and can write to you and invite you to their scheduled meetings.
An account can also be deleted from Outlook.
Delete
Instructions for deleting an account:
- Open Outlook.
- Go to the "Service" section and select "Settings" (all mail connected to this Outlook will be displayed).
- Click on the account you want to delete.
- In the upper right corner above the workspace of the account list is the delete button in the form of a red cross. Click her.
- Done. The account has been deleted.

- Print the required message. Outlook provides the ability to edit (change the style of the text) message, as well as add various multimedia files to it (in the message input window, select "Insert").
- After the message has been printed and edited, click on "Send".
Scheduler
This program can be used as a scheduler. It has a special calendar in which you can mark your meetings or affairs on a given day. As soon as this day arrives, Outlook will display a corresponding message (notification) that you have something assigned for that day.
How to open a calendar and make a meeting there in Outlook? The calendar for making a meeting or a case is on the main tab of the program, in the upper left corner. You must click on "Create appointment", the button of which looks like an image of an empty calendar. After this, you must enter the name of the case or meeting and its time of day or night.
Now you need to select a date by scrolling through the calendar and clicking on the desired day. Outlook provides the ability to invite meeting participants to create it.

In the Outlook mail service, you can configure the auto answer feature. This is a very useful feature for those people who do not use this program very often. To enable auto answer in Outlook, you need to activate the "Deputy" function.
How to activate the "Deputy" function
The procedure for activating the "Deputy" differs depending on the version of the mail service.
For versions of Outlook 2010-2016:
- Open automatic layout preparation mode (opens when creating a message in the main section).
- Print the text of the answering machine message.
- Select the "Save As" function in the "File" tab.
- Enter any name of the saved file and specify the extension of the type .oft.
- Save this document to your computer.
- Return to the "File" section and select "Manage alerts and rules."
- In the window that appears, select "New Rule".
- In the section "Start with an empty rule" that opens, select "Apply the rule to messages I received." Click "Next".
- The "First Step" will appear. You must select "Reply using the selected template."
- In the second step, select "Specified Template".
- Click on the "Browse" button and find in the file system of the computer the previously created template with the .oft format.
- At the final stage, select a name for the template and check the box "Enable rule". Click Finish.
These instructions for creating an auto-response are only suitable for versions of Outlook with an Exchange account.
Outlook Auto Answer (2010-2016)
Instructions for creating an automatic reply in Outlook (2010-2016) without an Exchange account:
- Open Outlook (2010-2016).
- Go to the File tab.
- Open the "Details" section.
- Find the "Auto Answer" button and click on it.
- Check the box for the answering machine "Send automatic response when offline".
- If desired, select the time of the answering machine.
- Choose the circle of communication to which the auto answer will be distributed (within the organization, friends, etc.). You can select several circles of communication at the same time.
After all that has been done, you will have an answering machine installed in your Outlook inbox. It remains only to write text for an answering machine.
Outlook Errors
This program can sometimes display various kinds of errors. Each of them has its own system number.
Examples of errors and their interpretation:
- Error 0x800CCC00 LOAD SICILY FAILED. This error means that you cannot log in. The problem is solved by restarting the program or reinstalling it completely.
- Error 0x800CCC01 INALID CERTIFICATE CONTENT. Indicates the absence of an account authorization certificate. For correction it is necessary to obtain this certificate.
- Error 0x800CCC0B SERER OR MAILDROP IS BUSY. This error number indicates that you have accessed the server too often. You must wait about 5 minutes for the next server call.
- Error 0x800CCC0C NOT INIT. The server used was not found. Check server availability or serviceability.
- Error 0x800CCC0F CONNECTION DROPPED. This error indicates problems with the Internet connection. Check connection.
- Error 0x800CCC10 INALID ADDRESS. This error code is displayed by the program if the email address is incorrect. It is necessary to check the correctness of the entered data.
