This spring, the "Meat Club" opened in the restaurant "El Gaucho" on Paveletskaya. The first dinner dedicated to the launch of the new project took place on April 26 at 20:00. The busy evening program did not leave anyone indifferent. Each visitor had the honor to meet with the chef of the institution and try the palette of flavors of the menu and, of course, the wine list. In addition, guests of "El Gaucho" went on a gastronomic trip together with sommelier Catherine Emelina and cook Igor Dovgel.

That evening was treated to pastramas - generous portions of smoked meat slices, crispy ciabatta with salad. All this was flooded with mustard dressing. Next, guests were offered the following dishes and snacks:

  • smoked beet salad, which was baked in flower honey;
  • fresh persimmons and spinach with dumplings made from fresh goat cheese;
  • salad with roast beef.

Beef cheeks with buckwheat in morel sauce and then a delicious machete steak were served hot. As a dessert, guests were offered air eclairs and sorbet balls. In addition, each dish was accompanied by a perfectly matched wine.
